For valves not in use for a short period of time, the packing should be removed to avoid damaging the stem. Check THE VALVES THAT HAVE JUST entered the warehouse. If rainwater or dirt has entered the warehouse in the process of transportation, wipe them clean and then store them. Valve inlet and outlet should be sealed with wax or plastic cap to prevent dirt from entering. To be able to rust in the atmosphere of the valve processing surface to be coated with antirust oil, to protect. Placed outside the valve, must be covered with linoleum or tarpaulin such as rain, dust articles. The warehouse where the valves are stored should be kept clean and dry.

For outdoor valves, protective sleeves should be added to the stem to prevent rain, snow, dust and rust. If the valve is mechanical, add lubricating oil to the gearbox on time.

Dust on the valve is suitable for brush brushing and compressed air purging; Trapezoidal threads and between teeth are suitable for cleaning cloth; Oil and residue on the valve is suitable for steam purging, even with copper wire scrubbing, until the processing surface, matching surface shows metallic luster, paint surface shows the true color of the paint. 2, valve lubrication

Lubrication parts should be refueled regularly according to the specific situation.
